The common usage methods of tile levelers mainly include the following steps:
Lay tiles and leave a gap of approximately 2mm between each tile.
Insert the
Tile Leveler into the gap and press it firmly against the tiles.
Rotate the tile leveler 90 degrees to secure it at the bottom.
Adjust the leveling cover with a wrench to keep adjacent tiles level.
After waiting for five hours, take out the leveling device.
When using a tile leveler, the following points should be noted:
Ensure that the surface of the tiles is clean, free from dust, scratches, color differences, etc., to avoid affecting the leveling effect.
At the junction of floor tiles and walls, the width of the gap should be controlled within the width range of the skirting board to cover the gap.
After laying the tiles, a level measuring ruler should be used to check whether the tiles are neat. The flatness error should be ensured within 3mm, and the height difference between adjacent tiles should be kept within 2mm. The horizontal error of the tiles should be controlled within 4mm.
During the process of pasting floor tiles, they should be firmly fixed, and the existing hollowing should be controlled within 5% of the overall tile. The hollowing area within a single tile should not exceed 10%.
Ensure that the gap width of the floor tiles is within 2mm, and the jointing should be straight and uniform
