We use only the best steel needles nickel-plated steel needles do not rust, not easy to bend and not brittle
The quality of the T-type screed is good or bad, mainly depends on two points: the first is the design of the thread, which is divided into full thread or half thread. The full thread has a longer service life and is not easy to slip, so it can rotate with less effort. The second look at the steel needle, the steel needle first to see is a round needle or policy, the round needle will not scratch the enamel of the tile when rotating! The second is the material and hardness of the steel needle, our factory uses a diameter of 1.5 mm manganese steel material + galvanized heat treatment of high-quality steel needle,
Smooth surface, moderate hardness, not easy to deformation, longer service life! Use the T-shaped screed to leave a slit, which can be matched with the cross card. For example, leave 2 mm brick seam with 2.0 cross card adjustment! Then insert a steel needle into the seam and rotate it to make room for easy removal! Note that 4-6 hours after the tile leveling, be sure to take out the cement or tile glue when it is not dry!

Efficient, uniform, fast and convenient
Fine workmanship without burrs
We only use the finest nickel-plated steel needles
No rust, not easy to bend and brittle break
Operation steps:
1. Lay the first tile, leave the gap ≥ 2.0mm, need to (with the cross card is better) close to the adjacent brick;
2. Insert the T-shaped steel needle along the tile gap;
3. Then, rotate 90 degrees. The T-shaped needle stuck in the bottom of two tiles, and turn left and right, so that the perimeter to free up a little space;
4. Tighten the adjusting cover clockwise with the hand/adjusting wrench until the two brick surfaces are at the same level;
5. About 3-4 hours after leveling, before the cement or tile glue is completely dry, reverse rotation 90 degrees to remove the T-shaped needle:
6. Installation effect display;
