Hollow base of leveling device

Due to the fact that the base of the leveler is disposable and made of PP plastic material, it is placed in the middle of two adjacent tiles and fixed and clamped with matching inserts and push pliers. After the tile adhesive on the back of the tile is dry and firmly attached, you can use a rubber hammer to break the upper part of the base. A buckle is a disposable (also known as a strap). Use a pusher to push the wedge into the buckle, fix the tile, and wait for the tile cement to solidify. Use a leather hammer to lightly tap the buckle, and the buckle will fall off. The bottom bracket is embedded under the tile and does not need to be removed.

 

Also, remove the plug. Insert, mainly used to fix the base and tiles, improve the flatness between tiles, and prevent tile movement. Now that the tiles are almost stable, they can be removed. After removing the plug, you can remove the push clamp. When uninstalling the leveler, it should be done slowly, otherwise it will leave marks that are difficult to eliminate. Don't throw away the leveler once it's removed. Currently, many leveling devices in the market are reusable and can be reused again in the future.
