The operation of the Tile Leveler is as follows

2. After the base is cleaned, the outer end of the aerated concrete should be brushed with 107 glue solution once, and then a galvanized machine woven steel wire mesh with a nail diameter of 32x32mm and a wire diameter of 0.7mm should be fully nailed. The nail spacing (middle 6 nails) should not exceed 600mm in both horizontal and vertical directions, and then a 1:1:4 cement mixed mortar bonding layer and a 1:2:5 cement mortar leveling layer should be applied. Eaves, waistlines, windowsills, canopies, and other areas;

3. When applying the leveling layer, leave the water slope and drip line. After applying the leveling layer mortar, it is necessary to water and maintain it in a timely manner according to the temperature conditions.
